Makarand Deshpande is a qualified mechanical Engineer having a Working experience of around twenty seven years. He worked in Thermax Limited in manufacturing division for five years after graduation. He started his own manufacturing set up in 1998 for supplying of special graded fasteners and precision machined components.

The manufacturing was under the name Of “Max-Grip Fasteners Pvt Ltd .In 2009”, the company was merged with “Mega Engineering Pvt Ltd” a fasteners manufacturing company from Rabale, Navi Mumbai. They were then catering to all the pump, valve, compressor, boiler, heat- exchanger, pressure vessel manufacturers in India & abroad, Under almost every third party inspection & EPC consultants. Makarand Deshpande was the Joint Managing Director with this company looking after complete marketing activity for almost next 3 years uptill 2013. Then he started “M Thread” to cater to the components market.
